Brighton & Hove Albion of the Championship host Newcastle United in the 4th round of the FA Cup Saturday. Brighton feature former Magpie Kazenga LuaLua and recently hosted Steven Harper on loan. The Seagulls defeated Conference National side Wrexham on penalties on a replay in the third round to advance, while Newcastle dispatched Blackburn Rovers on a last-second goal from Jonas Gutierrez, avoiding a replay. The winners will advance to the 5th round, which consists of 16 teams. The 5th round draw will be held tomorrow at 1530 GMT, with games to played the weekend of February 17-19.

I think we can still criticize
My one problem with him other than whenever Shola starts over HBA, is that I think he does sub later than what I think would be optimal. We always call for changes way before he ever makes them which is frustrating.

Surely we can and should.
Based purely on this season’s body of work, however, HBA in a central role is not a recipe for success. I’d probably rather Obertan for HBA and go 4-4-2 leaving Shola and Leon up top. Not saying I would make that move right now, but I’d just rather that than Shola out and HBA up top.

I think Shola is a bit too heavy and will tire out as soon as we get around the 75th minute onwards. I think HBA can do more than Shola.
