Good morning, Toon Army.  Just a few items about Saturday's draw today.

Simon Bird of MIrrorFootball says that Alan Pardew might just be the man for the Newcastle job after all. Cheik Tiote told Bird what Alan Pardew said at halftime to motivate the troops against Arsenal.

Joey Barton and Arsene Wenger have been in a war of words over Barton's tackle on Abou Diaby. (Paul Fraser, The Northern Echo)

Jack Wilshere made a comment about the officiating on Twitter following the game, but unlike Ryan Babel, he will not be facing any disciplinary action.
